Storm Watch Service Program Outline

Storm Watch is a proactive, year-round roof and exterior documentation service designed specifically for homeowners in hurricane-prone areas like Southwest Florida.

For a one-time fee of $150, customers receive two years of coverage:

One pre-hurricane season inspection and photo documentation each year.
On-demand post-storm re-inspection with side-by-side before/after comparisons to support insurance claims.

The core value is providing verifiable, photographic evidence of the home’s condition before a storm and after, which dramatically strengthens insurance claims and reduces disputes, denials, or underpayments.

$150 for 2 years of service (paid upfront).
Optional renewal: $75 per additional year after the initial 2-year term.
Multi-property discount: 10% off for second home or investment properties.

How the Service Works

Enrollment
- Customer signs up via phone.
- Provide property address, and homeowner contact info.
- Digital agreement + payment.
Initial Pre-Season Inspection (March–May ideally)
- Technician visits and takes standardized photos from consistent angles.
- Focus areas: Roof (all slopes, ridges, valleys, flashing, vents, chimney), gutters, soffits/fascia, exterior walls, windows/doors, garage, lanai/screens, pool cage (if applicable), and any known vulnerable points.
- Photos saved in secure, cloud-based customer portal with date/time stamps.
Customer Access
- Customer receives a link to their dashboard with all reports.
- Dashboard can be shared with insurance company at any time.
Post-Storm Activation
- Customer calls/texts after a named storm or suspected damage.
- Team schedules rapid re-inspection (same angles and locations as baseline).
- Deliver professional Before + After comparison photo report on the online portal.
- Report includes: timestamped photos showing damage caused by the storm.
Year 2
- Repeat pre-season inspection automatically (notify customer 30 days in advance).
- All prior photos remain available for historical comparison.

Legal & Risk Management

Recommend customers still maintain standard homeowners insurance.
We carry professional E&O insurance coverage.
Photo ownership: Company retains all rights to use anonymized images for marketing; customer has perpetual access to reports.
