Jamie Schaefer is a phenomenal home inspector! He does way more than just home inspections. He is extremely detailed in every facet of his profession. Very detailed reports, many years in inspections, 10/10, best of the best!

This is my 2nd great experience using Jamie’s service- last time in NY, this time in FLA. So I know first-hand that over the years he has remained professional and personable while being timely, thoughtful, and thorough- I have every confidence in his mastery of home inspections; I highly recommend Jamie.

Jamie was great, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and knew what to look for to make sure all of the issues were presented to the warranty department for a positive resolution. If your Warranty is Coming to an end, I would highly recommend to have Jamie advocate on your behalf.

Jamie is a fantastic, professional home inspector. He inspected the home I was buying and the inspection was thorough and complete. On top of this, my insurance company required several follow-ups over the following weeks and Jamie provided the information they needed by updating and amending paperwork several times and always in a timely manner. Both the details of his inspection report and his communication and responsiveness were excellent.

Jamie was recommended by a friend in the business in NY. He communicated with us from the minute we contacted him. He was punctual and showed exceptional attention to detail. He explained all of his findings and gave us a very detailed report that gave us piece of mind to make a decision on what next steps are and how to move forward. I would give him 10 stars if i could.
