WINTERIZING - I will personally winterize your property (residential or commercial). This includes water and waste lines as well as heating systems. Signage will be placed on all fixtures, the incoming water main and in plain view at the entrances. This signage will indicate that the property has been winterized.  Visitors will be instructed not to turn on any of the winterized items.

BOARD-UP - I will board up and secure any property to protect it from vandalism. This includes houses and commercial properties.

CLEAN-OUTS - I will arrange a full clean out of any property. This includes removal and disposal of all contents and leaving the property broom swept.
