house I am looking to purchase inspected by Mr. Schaefer of
Housemaster. And I just wanted to take the time out to inform you
guys that he did a great job he was very informative and pleasant to
work with. I was actually reluctant to use Housemaster because of
the prices being significantly higher then those of the local
competitors. I work at a local bank in the area and I had a number
of my clients including attorneys and local real estate brokers
refer Mr. Schaefer due to his experience and vast knowledge. After
the inspection I realized why my clients all had great things to say
about him I was confident after the inspection that we had checked
the house thoroughly. This particular property has been winterized
and water heater has been emptied and he offered to come back when
